Conventail Heating system – oil fired

As a new entrant, i would welcome advice on the following issue.
I have a conventional oil fired heating system, that was installed 14 years ago.
The system performs well but is unable to heat the domestic hot water tank without heating the radiators during the Summer period. Is there a simple solution to this problem?
