I recently had a new boiler and pressurised tank system installed . ” problems seem to be occurring
1. water pressure drops when a tap is turned on resulting in cold shower. I was under the impression this should not happen with a pressurised system.
2. When the water heating programme is on the radiators both upstairs and downstairs warm up. The plumber that installed the system semed surprised by this but just suggested that I turn the radiator thermostats down if I did not want the radiators on. However as this is a new system I would rather it were working properly rather than putting up with the problem.
Does anyone have any comments or suggestions as to why this might be happening, whether this is normal for this type of system and how the problems might be solved?
