Thought I knew all the answers on this subject - but I don't.
This one rad in a bedroom is lukewarm.
The inflow pipe is hot and the outflow cold.
I have bled the rad; taken it off the wall and flushed it (twice).
Whilst off the wall I also opened the in and out valves and water runs out. When I then re-fill it the out pipe gets lukewarm due to the heat transfer from the hot water that comes into the radiator when filled.
I have tried shutting down other radiators but this does not seem to be the answer.
Anyone got any ideas?
