1999 ikea futon instructions

please can anyone help, have got an older version of ikea double futon but no instructions, ( gone missing) i think it is fron 1999 era as that is date on mattress, just need frame putting together

- Look for instructions on internet
- Work it out without instructions - shouldn't be too difficult
- Contact Ikea
- Buy a new futon

I don't think anyone will be to help over a forum.
