4m x 3m conservatory with 1 full height wall

Hi all, i am building a conservatory next week, and would just like abit of guidance. 1 wall is a full height wall, the rest are 600mm dwarf walls. I am planning on a 300mm wide wall with 50mm celetox insulation on all walls. Is this the best way to do it, i am also using 100mm celetox in the floor beneath the concrete slab.
Any thoughts would be most appreciated.
