Adhesive advice for conglomerate tiles

Could anyone advise me which would be the most suitable floor tile adhesive for my pilkington conglomerate tiles, to be affixed to my overplyed wooden floor.

Do i need a flexible adhesive, and should i buy separate grout or a combined product ?

I'm also fixing plain old ceramic tiles(25x20) to plaster skimmed plasterboard. Would I use the same product ??
