Adjusting Lockshield Valve

by Utility » Sun Feb 08, 2009 12:47 pm

Hi

I understand the theory behind balancing a system, but I have one simple question to ask. Which part of the lockshield valve do you adjust?

When I remove the plastic cover there is a metal rod about 15mm high. Is this what is turned or is it the nut that it sits in?

Thanks

If you turn the nut you'll get a leak. Just turn the spindle.

Cheers
