Hi folks.

I have no idea what I'm looking for the technical name anyway or if something like this even exists. So this is what I need.

An air conditioner that can give me temps and where below 0 to -10 degrees I need it to be somewhat portable and have a powerful air flow down a 10inch pipe ideally along the lines of a good fan or leaf blower.

Anything will do compressor, air con, refrigeration unit.

Just need to be pointed in the right direction
