Advice on Brazing a Brass Trunnion in Brass Tube Help, advice and questions answered on all types of metal joinery

Hi all I want to braze a 10mm dia brass trunnion into a 25mm diameter brass tube with a bore of 10mm. Does the trunnion need to be a tight or loose fit for the best braze penetration and strength?

And what would be the best braze to use?

Any advice greatly appreciated.
