Airlock in heating system

I drained down my heating system to replace the Thermo Rad Valves. I filled up the system when I had finished but it now seems I have an airlock in the heating system. How do I sort this out??

bleeding the rads would be the common answer
depends were the airlock is boiler?pump?etc
