Aqualisa Aquastream doesn't switch off

My Aqualisa Aquastream doesn't switch off, if I turn it off, the pump keeps making a noise as it would be pumping.
It leaks only some water when off but the only way to stop it is cutting the power off.

Any ideas?

I don't really know anything about these showers but your description suggests to me that the likely cause is a sticking flowswitch.
