Hello,

I am aware that no one is likely to be able to confirm 100% whether this artex has asbestos within it but I am hoping that someone might be able to confirm whether the hairs are normal for a plasterboard wall?

I was taking a hand rail off at the top of the stairs and...Well the image should tell you the rest!
