I'd like to try and attach a washing line to a concrete fence post in my back garden, but I'm unsure whether it'll take the weight / stress. I'm guessing just the line itself should pose no problem, but when it's laden down with wet washing, there'll obviously be a fair bit of weight pulling on the post.
Is this feasible or is it not a good idea? The fence posts are set into concrete/cement bases and there's wooden fence panels inbetween.
