would i need permission to build an avery 7m by 4m with concrete base and 4 courses of bricks and a wooden frame on top.

Depends where it is so check our projects on plabnning permission and also check with the building control dept of the local authority.

when you say where is it do mean area i live or where in the garden is it, it's about 8m away from the house in the back garden.

weather it is true or not i'v always been told anything less than 30 m2 it doesn't need permission but because i'm not certain i thought i'd just double check.
