badly leaking triton biarritz II

hello all.i have recently had the council reps in to update my bathroom.they temporarily removed my triton biarritz 11.they have now put it back on the wall but it is leaking badly now they say its the filters need cleaning/deliming BUT they refuse to fix it.does any one know how to this going into a bit of detail i.e. where the filters are how to get to them etc please.i am a single woman on benefits and can't afford to pay or replace this.thank you

slyvixen,
If it wasn't leaking before then it hasn't been reinstalled correctly. Complain to whoever oversaw the works. I would not recommend you try fixing this problem it needs a specialist preferably from triton.

obviously if it was fine before they touched it then they haven't put it back properly! Just sounds like something has not been tightened correctly or maybe they have damaged it somewhere. As for cleaning the filters - that has nothing to do with it leaking. You will just get less power (and water) coming out due to scale build up.
