Base for a wooden shed/workshop

WOULD A BASE OF 400X400X28MM PAVING SLABS LAID ON A DRY SAND/CONCRETE MIX BE SUITABLE FOR A SHED MEASURING 12' BY 8'.
THE SHED HAS AN OSB FLOOR.

yes thats fine but I would lay some pretreated timbers on top of the slabs like 4x2 to create some airflow underneath the shed
