batten celing light holder

I would like to replace the celing pendant on the landing with a batten holder so that the bulb fits closer to the celing (giving a much neater look on the narrow landing) how difficult is this?

OK 1 ST LOOK AT DOC S PROJECTS THERE R PICTURES
WITH LIGHTING CONNECTIONS ON !.
YOUR BATTEN HOLDER SHOULD BE A 3 PLATE CEILING ROSE SET UP,
THE SAME AS YOUR EXISTING CEILING ROSE.
ITS JUST A CASE OF DRAWING WHAT U SEE AND RECONNECTING UP THE SAME.
REMEMBER TO HAVE A GOOD LIGHT HANDY , WHEN U ISOLATE CIRCUIT
AND RECONNECT LIGHT.
