    We have just moved into a new house and the boiler installed is a Baxi Combie Instant HE. We are having some bother in setting the timing for the boiler to come on and off. No instruction leaflet is available to us. Can anyone help. :cry:

    It depends on the timer/programmer fitted. If it's integral one fitted to the boiler a round one with pegs around the outside (normally black and white but some are grey,cream etc)

    Turn the dial to set the present time inline with the arrow. The each peg is 15mins (4 pegs per hour) push the pegs out at the time you want the heating on.

    Then there's a small switch on the front right hand side of the timer, Up=On
    Mid = Timed
    Down = Off

    Hope this helps.
