baxi solo 2 30 rs

i have a baxi solo 2 30 rs, and its been making a whinning noise from the boiler in the kitchen?? i have checked both water tanks in the attic and they are full, ive bled all the radiators and they are hot, it only makes the noise every few minutes when the heating is on, the pump in the airing cupboard was set on 2 and was very hot to the touch, can anyone help me please.
