Best method to fix posts to a wall?

Hi all, I have a driveway which is about 4 foot high bounded by a breezblock wall. What is the best method of fixing fenceposts to this wall so that the fence is the same level as the drive, I have considered long rawlbolts but would appreciate any advice, thanks. DGJ
