Black mould
I own a property in Lanzarote and suffer with a black mould which "grows" on walls and ceiling in one room only, normally the room is left for periods with the door closed most of the time,....the mould can be cleaned off with a dry cloth. I have checked the "flat" roof for damage (none!) and had it resealed, also have had ventilation holes put in one wall. Any ideas pleas!!..
Sounds like more ventilation required Mick, see our project on condensation via www.diydoctor.org.uk/projects.htm
