black spots on internal walls

i have render on the outside of the house iam getting
black mould spots on the internal walls upstairs.

is this a case of taking the render of and putting new render on.
looking at the render it all looks ok

use neat bleach to remove the mould.Its down to condensation on the wall rather than penitrating damp.
If it was water pentitration you would have a noticable wet patch on the wall.
