Bleak outlook

Help please, had a hic-up with microsoft outlook which had been running fine for a couple of years. It is now asking for my user name and password (which I cannt remember). If I have to re -purchase and install will my E-mail address still be valid. Thanks

If you re-purchase and install outlook again you will still have the same problem with it asking you for the username and password.

You need to find out what your username and password is. I would suggest you contact your ISPs help-line.
