block paved driveway

by delpx » Thu Oct 02, 2008 2:48 pm

Our block paved driveway inclines towards our garage causing it to flood each time we have sudden heavy downpours - last night was especially bad! Could I dig a channel on one side of the drive alongside a wall to help with drainage? Any suggestions/ideas/advice will be gratefully received many thanks. PS the wall is 2ft high and not in great shape!

there is a specially designed drainage system for this job.
there are many types the one I have used is aco drainage it comes in 1.2 metre lengths and can be connected to your main surface water drain.
it has a metal grille and is 150mm deep.
