I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEM , A BLUE RESIDUE FORMS AROUND THE BATH AND SINKS ETC . SOMETHING I GUESS TO DO WITH THE COPPER PIPES, DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO CURE THIS PROBLEM? I AM NOT ON THE MAINS , MY WATER COMES FROM AN UNDERGROUND SPRING , AND IS NOT ACIDIC.

Blue water is caused by a high copper content in your water supply, This isnt from the pipes but the various strata that the water filters through to reach your spring. A water softener will remove some of the compounds in your water.
