Bobbly Paint - Polycell Textured Paint - How to Cover?

i have bought a house that has polycell textered paint on every wall not as thick as artex but not smooth is there a product that will paint over or do i need to skim every wall thanks

To the best of our knowledge there is no paint that will cover this Tracey but these days its not hard to get off either. You can use a product called X-Tex which will dissovle it allowing you to simply scrape it off the wall, You are left then with a wall you can paint or paper.
