Boiler cutting out

Postby remelad » Fri Mar 27, 2009 9:12 pm

Hi all,
looking for some help, have a boiler that cuts off not long after starting.Have done some detective work and its the boiler thermostat cutting in, i by-passed the thermostat and the boiler ran on, then the water in the boiler blew to the f+e tank. The pump is running, but how can i be sure it is circulating,is there any way of testing the pump.
Kind regards Remelad
