Can anyone help me with this one please. A few days ago the hot water went from hot to lukewarm coming out of the taps and shower. The boiler is working fine and the pipes leaving the boiler to the hot water cylinder are really hot. The hot water pipe into the cylinder was also really hot. We couldn't get any heating engineers out to us so I turned the thermostat on the cylinder up to 75 C and this seemed to sort the problem. The water was still not really hot but ok. This morning the water has stopped coming out hot again. Has anyone got any idea what the problem might be? The Central heating is working fine and the boiler seems to be ok.
