Trustmark and the NHIC
boiler under the stairs
Whats the regulations for a combo boiler in a cupboard under the stairs in a two story house? Does any one know
Boilers need to placed in a well ventilated area and a flue either straight out through external wall or straight up and through roof. Where the flue leaves the building there should be at least 300mm from any window or door opening. Understairs cupbpoard is ok if the above complies.
