Bosch Dishwasher SMV50E00GB Not Working

Hello,

We have a newly installed Bosch SMV50E00GB integrated dishwasher, worked fine for a couple of weeks and now will not start. Everything appears okay with no warning lights showing then when you shut the door clicks as if program should start then straight away it beeps as if finished. I have tried all programs but same issue, drainage filter seems clear and other FAQ possibilities. Please help as seems like something fixable?

couldn't it just be the case that one of the cables running from the "program"-button to some where the program is actually started is not working/disconnected? because that's what happened with our old dishwasher...was relatively easy to fix.
