brickwork in extension will it need pillars

hi am planning an extension it will be cavity wall and the front elevation consists of 600mm brickwork 2400mm patio door 600mm brickwork then 1800mm french door then 600mm brickwork into the corner. my question is is 600mm brickwork each time enough or will i require some sort of pillar for strength
