Hi - need your advice and guidance please.
I have a Bristan Qube, probably around 8-10 years old. I've been in contact with Bristan a few times, having sent them pictures so I'm reasonably confident that I have the correct replacement valve. (Shower drips significantly through the shower head).
I'm told that to remove the old valve I just pull it out, but I've given it a fairly good go without it budging at all. Before I wreck it completely, can anyone confirm/deny that it is a pull-out rather than an unscrew, and do you have any tips for me please?
