    Builders Damaged Floor

    Postby bairns36 » Mon Jul 30, 2012 6:23 am

Just had builders in removing wall between Kitchen and Dining room. My Karndean floor in the kitchen is badly damaged in my opinion due to the builders not taking proper care to protect it during modifications. They have not as yet accepted responsibility. Should I ask for their insurance details and can I withold any further payments until situation resolved?
