Im building a small porch on to my house which will be 1.5m by 1.5m, with a height of just under 3m. It will be constructed out of brick. What sort of foundation do i need to dig and how deep will i need to go?

See our project on foundations and check with the local council (Building Control Dept) that you do not need to apply for approval under building regulations.

I'll like to build a new small porch! I don't ask you about the approval !
