BUILDING REGULATIONS - FIRE DOORS

I have a property which contains 8 flats on three floors. We are refurbishing the individual flats. When it comes to fire doors, I want to know what the regulations are for internal doors and the flat front door.
Can I put half hour doors on the internals and 1hr for the front?

A couple of suggestions.

Go to Part B of the building regs, found on the planning portal web site.

or speak to your local building inspector. They may help even if the works do not require building regs (they may do of course)
