Can not Remove Shower Riser Rail due to Rust

Postby Duffinya » Sun Jan 29, 2017 9:43 am

Hi
I have a riser rail I need to replace but the screw in the bottom has rusted shut, I've tried WD40 and many men's brute strength to no avail.
I'm thinking taking a hacksaw to it but not sure at what point, I'm assuming there are nails screwing into the wall, don't understand how the nail screwing in upwards works.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Kate
