I HAVE MOVED INTO A HOUSE WHERE THE GUY WAS PLASTER PLUG MAD, ALL THE WALLS ARE PLASTER BOARD SO ALL SCREWS AND NAILS NEED TO BE PUT IN WITH PLASTER BOARD PLUGS, THEY ARE EVERY WHERE, HOW CAN I GET THEM OUT EASILY WITHOUT DAMAGING THE WALL?

I use one of those wide scrapers from any diy store with the blade that looks like a razor blade & just swiftly cut them off flush & then fill the holes remaining

Easiest way would probably be to push them through then patch over the resulting hole. If you try to pull them out there's a chance more damage could be done.

run a sharp stanley knife around the bit that's protruding then fill over the hole.
