ceiling rose

Hello

I am putting in a new ceiling light. I have 3 cables poking through the hole in the ceiling:-

cable 1 black, red and earth wires

cable 2 black, red and earth wires

cable 3 red, blue with red sleeve, yellow with red sleeve and earth. (4 wires)

the 3 earth wires are connected together but the others are separate.

Can anyone advise on connecting these to the light terminal block which has live. neutral, earth and loop (unswitched live) positions?

Thanks Doc. I had looked through the project explanation which was helpful and other people's posts - it's the 2 sleeved wires in cable 3 which has confused me.
