Hiya

I'm about to move house and would like to take my light fittings with me.
It's an old house and the wiring is about 12 years old ie red/black wiring.

Am I allowed to swap the light fittings for basic ceiling roses myself. If so, do I need to get the rose checked and obtain a certificate.
