Cementing

Hi

Can anyone give me some advice please. There are two drain covers in my gardent and the the builder has just cemented over one of them!! Personally I think this should not have happened!! Please can someone advice me on what they would do.

Get the builder back he should have raised the drain cover and surround before concreting.

Concreting over manhole covers is really not good building practice
