CENTRAL HEATING BOILER

by Ann D » Sun Jan 06, 2008 8:16 pm

i have noticed over the last few days that my central pilot light seems to be constantly on. Usually when the house warms up the boiler light dies down and then kicks in when it gets cooler? should I turn my radiator thermosts up to a higher number - they are all on about the 2 1/2 mark.

Looked on the internet and i cant find any instructions for this boiler, what i have found is details that is has a permanent pilot - meaning there is a pilot on all of the time.

So I don't understand what your problem is ??

If you mean the burner stays on then you need to get a CORGI registered installer out to check it, It may be that the gas valve is not closing fully.
