Trustmark and the NHIC
central heating boiler
My oil tank ran out of fuel. Now I havebought a new supply, my Reillo40 boiler cuts out when I try to start up the system. I have pushed the red button and it sounds as if it is going to work - but then it cuts out. I am totally new to this whole set up. Could anyone explain what I have to do in very easy terms? :?
The standard red button system is a flame failure device. If it does not light it will switch the system off. It may be your system needs bleeding but it could also be partly blocked jets. The latter can allow fuel to build up and re-pressing button could be dangerous as a result I can only advise to call someone who knows the system.
