Have recently moved into a house where the previous owners did not use their central heating system at all (they had electric fires in each room and used immersion heater for their water). Am wanting to know what detriment this will have had to the boiler and the radiators. Does it actually matter that the water inside the radiators will have been just sat there and not been pumped around? Can I just use the system straight away or will I do any harm to the system?
