central heating...cool ?

by babymorgan » Tue Nov 25, 2008 5:59 pm

Hi,

Am a single Mum so would appreciate some advice before phoning a plumber...
My heating seems OK , and my water is OK, but the temperature of my water and my radiators has cooled signifigantly in the last few days....the rads used to be boiling to the touch but are now lukewarm. My wall thermostat is set to max, over 30 degrees.
This is all my rads , not specific ones. Also I have had to alter the thermostat on my shower as the water is not as warm.
Any advice greatly accepted !

Check the boiler thermostat - it sounds like it has been turned down.
