Central heating not working

Hi, hope someone can help, central heating not working, system works on a pressure BALL, pressure had dropped and been re-boosted, pilot light on but when thermostat turned up boiler does not light up fully, pump also quiet, any suggestions, very cold and kids nagging!!!

Hi Simon,

Need lots more info please - boiler make /model, but the pump should be working if there is a call for heat - so I'd start there.

As said check for call for heat. if the pressure dropped has the boiler locked-out on overheat ?

Check instructions for any manual reset buttons.
