when I put my central heating on only water heater works. The central heating although it comes on but no hot water circulation. :? :?

Could anyone tell me whats the problem with my central heating when switched on only water heater works not the central heating, although it is on. My Boiler is Classis SE 18 FF. Pump is not running. :?

Could be the pump if hot water is gravity.
Could be motirised valve, see if spring on valve is energised, it will be loose if it is.
