Ceramic floor tiles Lifting in the Bathroom

i have a Major problem :( last year we re vamped our bathroom ,which when finished looked great :) , but we recently have noticed 3 of the ceramic floor tiles have lifted ,2 of them have actually broke, the big problem now is that we didn't buy any spare`s , and B&Q have discontinued them , i want to know if any one out there has any , i only have a photo of tiles to go by so big delemere please can any one help
