    Changing bulbs in-deck lights

    Low watt bulbs work momentarily then become clouded as if filled with gas. Anyone know why?

    Sounds like you are using the wrong type of lamp. IE wrong voltage. Also its quite common to use LED lamps on decks as many have burnt there feet on mains & halogen lamps with the terrific heat they give off.
