Cold radiator

CH (gas boiler, not combi, 11 years old, regularly serviced) has been used infrequently for past 3 months. Switched on boiler and one radiator has not warmed up, all the others heat up OK. Tried bleeding out air from the top but only water comes out. Wondering what the possible cause could be?

check both radiators valve are open, if they are turn off all upstairs radiators and turn heating on, possibly an airlock turning the upstairs radiators off should clear it.

If above doesn't work then there's possibly a blockage in the pipework will need to get a plumber to take a look.
