Cold water storage tank moving

Quick Question. Does the cold storage tank in the attic have to be directly above the hot water cylinder in your hot press. I am keen to move it to a more discreet part of my loft so i can floor the attic and have plenty of storage space. I wonder how difficult a job it is to move this tank

if you move it you may loose some off the static pressure required to make the hot water flow
if you decide to move it it may be a good idea to raise the tank to try gain back the pressure
